Presently, we cater to over 77,000 drivers, facilitating access to over 4,500 charging points across both Ireland and Northern Ireland. With a monthly addition of 2,000 new users, our network continues to expand. Our versatile EV charging solutions cater to diverse environments, including Destination, Fleet, Forecourt, Hospitality, Public Sector, Retail, Shared Living, and Workplace settings.
A recent announcement unveiled a substantial €30 million investment from Aviva Investors, the global asset management arm of Aviva plc. This injection of funds is set to directly pave the way for the creation of up to 60 job opportunities spanning operations, customer support, and sales.
As a result of this, we are recruiting for Head of Sales for Northern Ireland
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the Northern Ireland for EV charging solutions.
- Identify and target key accounts, understand customer needs, and propose suitable charging solutions.
- Possess proven experience in replying to Public Sector tenders and managing Public Sector relationships.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Be a proven manager who can lead and direct junior sales staff.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Manager to execute a strong marketing plan to corporate and customers in Northern Ireland.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large fleet and public sector customers and be able to show examples of where you have done this before.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements to existing go to market and customer propositions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote the company’s EV charging solutions.
- Direct a sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Have a proven ability to develop and monetise commercial partnerships.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Head of Sales Manager in the EV, property, fleet or related industries.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Experience with Hubspot CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- In-depth understanding of the EV charging market structure and trends.
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
- Strong decision-making abilities.
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field is required.
