EasyGo stands as a prominent e-Mobility services provider (EMSP) and Charge Point Operator (CPO), boasting the largest EV charging network throughout Ireland. Presently, we cater to over 77,000 drivers, facilitating access to over 4,000 charging points across both Ireland and Northern Ireland. With a monthly addition of 2,000 new users, our network continues to expand. Our versatile EV charging solutions cater to diverse environments, including Destination, Fleet, Forecourt, Hospitality, Public Sector, Retail, Shared Living, and Workplace settings.

A recent announcement unveiled a substantial €30 million investment from Aviva Investors, the global asset management arm of Aviva plc. This injection of funds is set to directly pave the way for the creation of up to 60 job opportunities spanning operations, customer support, and sales.

As a result of this, we are seeking 2 x dynamic and results driven Inside Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess exceptional sales abilities, a passion for customer engagement, and a drive to exceed sales targets.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in EasyGo’s growth by identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing deals effectively.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Achieve Sales Targets – Consistently meet and exceed individual and planned sales targets, driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the Marketing team to execute campaigns and generate high-quality leads.
  • Prospect Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead follow-ups.
  • Lead Management: Assign leads and follow up on action items, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate sales team members.
  • Appointment Setting: Assist the field-based team by scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Lead Follow-Up: Ensure timely and effective follow-up on all qualified leads and opportunities to maximise conversion rates.
  • CRM Documentation: Accurately document all client contacts, conversations, leads, and opportunities in HubSpot.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in team training, skill-building sessions, coaching, and role-play exercises. Actively incorporate constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.


Experience / Qualifications:


  • Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years of successful B2B sales experience
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage and persuade potential clients.
  • Curiosity and Coachability: A curious mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt. Open to receiving and implementing feedback.
  • Ambition and Drive: A strong desire to succeed in a target-driven sales environment, with the motivation to achieve and surpass goals.
  • Flexibility: Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances with ease.
  • Marketing Support Experience: Previous experience in supporting marketing initiatives and understanding their role in the sales process.
  • Team Player: Cooperative and capable of working effectively within a team environment to achieve common goals.
