Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Solutions and Integration Engineer to join our IT Team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering Dynamics 365 solutions, including Customer Service and Field Service modules, and possess strong expertise in the Power Platform to automate and digitize business processes. This role is crucial for driving the digital transformation of our electric vehicle (EV) company.

The role will involve the design and implementation of solutions to integrate existing systems and develop a 360 view of the customer, automate the pricing and sales processes, and enhance billing systems.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills and must be a good communicator.  He/she will take a structured approach to project delivery and work to clear timelines with the provision of appropriate levels of documentation.

Ideally, the candidate will have experience in digital transformation including digitization of the customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 solutions, focusing on Customer Service and Field Service modules.
  • Develop tools to digitize the installation and field services processes,  in particular integration to third party contractors and Network providers.
  • Utilize Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to automate and optimize various business processes.
  • Design and implement solutions to integrate existing systems and develop a 360-degree view of the customer.
  • Automate pricing and sales processes and enhance billing systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support end-users.

 

Required Experience and Skills

 

  • Proven experience in delivering Dynamics 365 solutions, particularly in Customer Service and Field Service modules.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Experience with data integration and migration projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in digital transformation, including digitization of the customer experience.
  • Experience in the utilities or energy sector, electric vehicle industry or related sectors.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Qualifications in agile methodologies, lean sigma or ITSM tools a benefit.
