As Ireland plans to meet the electric vehicle targets for 2030, the electric vehicle network infrastructure will be crucial to provide sufficient charging for future vehicles.

To assist with this demand, we have a vacancy for the role of Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Manager. The role is predominately working within in our offices in Maynooth but will also require visits to customer sites and is to design, implement and promote a health, safety, and welfare framework across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• To design, implement and promote a safety, health, and welfare framework across the business.
• Attend management meetings to report on SHEQ performance and seek improvement opportunities.
• Conduct H&S sites visits.
• Conducting H&S inspections on company projects.
• Toolbox talks.
• On site audits with electricians.
• Design of Risk Assessment and Method Statements.
• Promotion and management of PPE awareness & compliance across the organisation.
• Working with wider team ensure compliance of ISO 4500, 14001 & 9001
• Assist with tenders.
• Responsible for H&S documentation and communication.
• Support Project Managers and site supervisors in relation to safety compliance and performance.

Qualifications:

• Relevant Health & Safety Degree.
• 3-5 Years experience in similar role.
• Team player with ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
