Position Overview:

 

Due to rapid growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic EV team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing locations for new infrastructure projects. This role involves extensive research, negotiation, and coordination with various stakeholders to ensure successful site acquisitions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential EV sites for infrastructure development.
  • Evaluate site suitability based on zoning regulations, environmental impact, power availability and accessibility.
  • Negotiate lease or purchase agreements with property owners and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present detailed site acquisition proposals to management.
  • Work in collaboration with the Infrastructure Planning Team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all site acquisition activities and documentation. Work with relevant software to keep up to date records.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status and site acquisition progress.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Property, Business Administration, Urban Planning, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in site acquisition.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and research abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and site acquisition software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of local zoning laws and regulations.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
