EasyGo is an e-Mobility services provider (EMSP) and Charge Point Operator (CPO) with the largest EV charging network on the island of Ireland. We provide over 55,000 drivers with access to more than 4,000 chargers in Ireland and Northern Ireland. As Ireland plans to meet the electric vehicle targets for 2030, the electric vehicle network infrastructure will be crucial to provide sufficient charging for future vehicles. As part of recent successes and investments, we are developing and expanding our efficient, effective, and easy to use network.

Job Description 

To assist with this demand, we have a vacancy for the role of Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Manager. The role is predominately working within our offices in Maynooth but will also require visits to customer sites. The successful applicant will be responsible for designing, implementing and promoting a health, safety, and welfare framework across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • To design, implement and promote a safety, health, and welfare framework across the business.
  • Attend management meetings to report on SHEQ performance and seek improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct H&S sites visits.
  • Conducting H&S inspections on company projects.
  • Toolbox talks.
  • On site audits with electricians.
  • Design of Risk Assessment and Method Statements.
  • Promotion and management of PPE awareness & compliance across the organisation.
  • Working with wider team ensure compliance of ISO 4500, 14001 & 9001
  • Assist with tenders.
  • Responsible for H&S documentation and communication.
  • Support Project Managers and site supervisors in relation to safety compliance and performance.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Relevant Health & Safety Degree.
  • 3-5 Years experience in similar role.
  • Team player with ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
