How long have you been at EasyGo?

Why did you join EasyGo?
I initially started as an admin just before COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 to now being Operations Manager. I have previous experience in sales and installations and always liked dealing with the workers out on the road, so I love being part of every stage of the process from sale-agreed to installation stage.
Can you describe your role?
As head of Operations, my day-to–day role is never the same, but I mainly liaise with the Operations team to prepare for upcoming installations, from the sale-agreed stage to final installation. I also work with customers to plan the installation dates and schedule engineers to visit the sites.
What excites you most about working for EasyGo?
It’s been great to see the growth and development in the company since I began working four years ago. We had to work hard with a smaller team to get where we are today, so it excites me that EasyGo has gone from a small number of staff to what it is currently, and I’m looking forward to seeing what it will become in the future. I want to be part of the journey.
Life outside of work?
I’m a really sociable person and love meeting up with friends for dinner and drinks. Both of my children play sport and I love supporting them and going to all their matches.
