EasyGo is the island of Ireland’s largest EV charging network with over 5,000 chargers available for our 50,000+ drivers. As Ireland plans to meet the electric vehicle targets for 2030, the EV network infrastructure will be crucial in providing sufficient charging for future EVs. Role One: Qualified Certified Electrician – Nationwide
The successful applicant will be a member of the Charger Installation/Maintenance Team, adhering to procedures, focused on producing the best quality service. Full Training will be provided.
Main Duties
- Commissioning Checks / Recording Procedure
- Pre-condition checks
- Charger Installation works – carrying out supplementary installs and covering customer appointments
- Cable fitting and termination procedures
- Customer liaison
- Site management to meet KPI requirements with a drive to surpass

Role Two: Technical Service Manager – Kildare
This role predominately includes working within our offices in Maynooth but will also require visits to customer sites.
Main Duties
- Provide quality service to all customers in a timely manner, with responsibility for customer complaint resolution.
- Ensure that all service calls are attended to within contracted SLA.
- Provide status and service reports to recommend next steps to management.
- Build and maintain service contracts with existing clients and prepare new contracts.
- Provide technical and functional leadership support and guidance as required.
- Proactively introduce any process or system improvements around delivery of services.
- Train, monitor staff and sustain relationships with customer satisfaction by following up with customers and field engineers through service competition.
- Take ownership of the warranty process end to end with suppliers and vendors.
- Manage the spare parts process, ensuring that there are enough spare parts in the business both inhouse and with field engineers.

Role Three: Electrical Service Technician – Nationwide
The candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, machine down repairs, modifications and trouble shooting. No previous experience of working with E.V charge points is necessary as full training will be provided.
Main Duties
- To engage in the installation, repair, and maintenance of E.V charging at customer sites or other locations. This may include hardware, software, and networking products as well as operating systems.
- Working in a dynamic environment as part of the team.
- Follow company procedures logging repairs and processing returns to manufacturers.
- Develop and maintain a level of technical competency to work independently and confidently.
- Willingness to learn emerging technologies in the rapidly developing sector of E.V charging.
- Flexibility to travel to any of our sites across the island of Ireland.
